Company is just realizing that financial operations can make or break a business entirely dependent on volatile supply chains. Information hoarding inside departments is going to require a leadership change to break up longstanding bad habits.

Decent pay for the area

Where to start? No safety program, pay is low for hourlies and Supervisors, they don’t truly investigate anything and make accusations that are unfounded without proof, just word of mouth from people who are known liars, stay away, they won’t be around long, poor management and purchasing decisions.
