Compensation is quite good but they are not transparent about salary bands so they seem to make up what salaries should be. My colleagues were very smart and helpful, such great people.

In the beginning I loved the culture but I was naive to political dynamics in the company. There was an aggressive attitude and I would even say bullying behaviour from the CEO which translates to fear and micromanaging at every level of the business. The rest of the SLT too scared to question him. Some of my team became unwell during the time I worked there but there was no support from SLT or HR, it just seems to be normal state for them. Poor decision making puts the company’s future in jeopardy. There is also no work/life balance, people still attending meetings when unwell or accepting communication late at night.
