Best company I've worked for - Recensione dipendente - Email Marketing Specialist presso Hello Earth Agency

It's hard to believe it's been 1.5 years since I started working at Hello Earth Agency as a Digital Marketing Executive with general knowledge of digital marketing and zero knowledge of ecommerce email. This month marked my 1.5 years working here, and my title just changed to Email Marketing Specialist. Hiring me means my boss Rachel made a bet on me because I didn’t understand ecommerce email marketing at all. But she put her faith in me. She taught me everything I needed to know and let me handle emails for our clients. She gave me freedom to try different things, make mistakes, learn, and prove that I could stay at Hello Earth. “I can’t disappoint Rachel, and I don’t allow myself to do that” was the only thing in my mind for the first six months. After many late nights and long days, it paid off. I started to understand things faster and built up my confidence in email marketing. Every time I think about last June, I still don’t understand why Rachel made a bet on me. I feel so grateful for every day working with Rachel and our wonderful team at Hello Earth. There are a lot of amazing work environments, and Hello Earth Agency is definitely one of them. But what really makes it all worth it were the people. Rachel is the most lovely, kind, and considerate boss I’ve ever worked with (She trusted me when even I didn’t trust myself!) The coworkers here are supportive, encouraging, kind… just everything you could want in co-workers. And as if that isn’t enough to keep me going every day? They also make sure whenever I need help, they’ll be there. We work remotely but I never feel the distance!
