The business has a fantastic culture. While we are at 40 staff, it still has all the positives of a small family business. People are happy to help, friendly and management are on the front-line and easily accessible. Because the business was born off the back of the social boom a lot of the team are young and fairly entrepreneurial, as a result, it's a great business to get opportunities you wouldn't get elsewhere. Age is but a number! The owner is hands-on and walks the floor, sharing stories and laughs - he sets the tone. The leadership team are intelligent and industry-leading in terms of their marketing knowledge. Collectively, the great culture and talented leaders make this a great place to work.

The business has grown quickly with new departments created and big clients onboarded at speed. Although this change was fast and for the best, there was a churn of some underperforming staff around 18 months ago This is behind us and the best is yet to come.
