Love to work here is because the good environment and the work life balance also nice, and also, the supportive leader and a very helpful colleague. I can say that this place is almost perfect but not really perfect because of the salary (average, I guess, because not too low but not too high too).
Svantaggi
No bonus, and low increment. I love this place because of the environment only. However, a day by day, we will have more commitment too, we need more money to support our lives too. I hope one day can get a higher salary increment and bonus. At least, if we receive bonus, it will lessen our burden.
