Sexist Company, long term employees not valued - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Help at Home

Very sexist company. Do not value female employees. Unless your apart of the inner circle in upper management you are not valued. Turn over is very high in case manager position because they over work them and under pay. Since the restructure of help at home raises have turned to crap. New employees are making more than employees who have been employed for years, and salaries weren’t brought up for those who of us who worked hard for it.
