Lack of communication by office, you’re hours and pay will get screwed up, if you need supplies to do your job you either have to go to the office or buy them yourself and if you for 8-5 during the week then you have to buy your own supplies cause they aren’t open on weekends, if a client passes away and the family hasn’t called you then don’t look for the office to call cause more then likely they won’t and you’ll have to call and continuously check with the office. There’s so many more I can list with this company. Never get a pay raise even when the economy is in the hole, they do not pay gas mileage, you may have to work up to 40+ miles away from home.
