The app provided to clock in and out never works properly, always lags or jumps time logging in causing you to clock in late so they can dock you're time and won't register any clock out time past your scheduled time causing you to work without pay. They cut your hours to just under 30hrs consecutively so you don't qualify for paid holidays, holiday pay or insurance. They do not address client issues they simply switch care givers. The app doesn't register your location so you're red flagged everyday and they don't care it's your reputation being tainted. They attempt to push duties off on you that is not you're duty to perform like informing Social Services, Visiting Nurse, etc. They choose who is entitled to Union backing, neglecting to inform or provide contact information for said Union to whomever the want. They will not support you in any way they will do everything they can to throw you under the bus, never accept responsibility for their actions or inactions. Horrible management.
