Terrible, unsupportive place to work - Recensione dipendente - Behavioral Health Technician presso Helping Hearts

Unsupportive management who views staff as beneath them. “Patients” spend all day sitting around watching tv without any rehabilitative care or enrichment activities. Such a sad place. Understaffed and the techs are forced to do work they aren’t licensed to do. Patients get medications late or not at all because those licensed to administer them show up whenever they want to or there aren’t enough staff. Miserable experience for staff and patients alike. Demeaning work, and tons of turn over because pay is low and management is terrible.
