Couldnt think of any negatives

Culture encourages you to think outside the box and innovate. Refreshing in an industry which historically has been slow moving. Exciting time to be at the company as it grows alongside the wider heat networks industry. Decent starting salaries compared to equivalent companies, training and development actively encouraged.

Team structures are flat and project management is a bit lacking. Means great individual autonomy but can be disorganised at times.
