They've created an amazing culture, provide flexibility to their employees, provide great technology tools to get the job done, offer great challenging projects to work on and promote an open door policy with leadership. Leadership is working hard to continually push the company forward.

Employees can top out quickly on pay and end up getting minimal raises while leadership says we're rewarded through bonuses, but it doesn't seem like that's the case. Benefits are average (not bad, but not stellar).
