very friendly sales team. Always got a courteous answer for any questions I had. Very good training program, and continued training

Long hours, sometimes as late as 11pm. No up system, so sales associates were always trying to beat out others for customers.

Phenomenal culture Excellent sales training Run the way you want any company to be run. Invests heavily in their employees both in terms of a genuine desire for each employee to succeed as well as top tier benefits. Enable salespeople to sell honestly without fretting over percentages or profit KPIs by focusing on volume as the basis for commissions. Ample room to grow within the company and employees are encouraged very positively to strive for more.

Svantaggi

Intense hours, but they're very up front about this going in, so it's no surprise or mystery. Having said that, as a divorced parent with 2 small children it's taken some adjusting for sure. They are extremely accommodating and understanding when it comes to family related issues, though.
