Not really a con, in my opinion, but a smart work approach. Nobody wants to work overtime, but it is the nature of the A/E world and we are fortunate enough to have some amazing projects and clients that can require extra hours during the week. That being said, we are encouraged to work smarter and not harder. I think you learn a lot about time and resource management with Hendrick and if you are a self starter and problem solver- you will excel here!
