A lot of change and some of it seems like it’s done for no reason. There have been a lot of executive promotions of people who nobody knows which is alarming as we are trying to build the future. Sometimes, we don’t even know if a leader has left the company or retired. We find out when an email bounces back. This year, we are forced to have D&I goals which feels wrong.
