      The office location was nice.

      1. If you are looking to grow as a software developer - don't go there. Management plays politics instead of enhancing the development processes. 2. You will be told one thing about what you will be doing and with what schedule when you join the company, but after a couple of weeks things might change quite significantly. 3. Work laptop was awful. Also, if it is important for you - you won't be able to use your Mac for work because Microsoft environment is required.

      Growing company with a vision to help dental practices focus on healthcare by having a good system take care of the operations.

      Growing too quickly and not taking the time to properly build the foundations that will allow sustained growth. Talk a good game about work/life balance, but when push comes to shove, people end up having to work nights, weekends, and PTO to bail out problems that could have been prevented.
