Truly the worst place I’ve ever worked. The most incompetent leadership I’ve ever witnessed across the board, especially at the very top. They continue to employ people (one in particular) who is a known harasser of many types simply because of a contractual stipulation. I still have diagnosed, literal PTSD because of him. They’ve put him in a corner and stripped away his direct reports and most responsibility, but he’s STILL THERE. It’s pure chaos every day, and they’re always looking for ways to “upgrade” team members (I.e., fire and rehire). PIPs are more common than not, and that’s more a reflection of terrible management than of the employees who are just trying to get things done under impossible circumstances and the highest levels of pressure. And since the current CEO took over as COO a couple of years ago, the blame culture has been firmly cemented. Everyone is only looking out for themselves in a twisted psychological game that favors aggressive incompetence over more quiet brilliance. There’s no direction, no plan, and definitely no strategy. Classic example of an 800-lb gorilla who can’t get out of its own way. This company won’t be around long - there are so many better solutions out there for everything they do.
