Support from team members is ver good

Less salary and during delivery of project, you have to more time work

Hepatica is good for Freshers to learn initially upto 2 years. They provide good salary.

Employees are treated disrespectfully. They asking Freshers to sign a bond for 4 years and even they won't give you a copy of that. There is no knowledge sharing between employees. Management didn't take any steps to develop soft and technical skills of employees. There is no proper communication between employees. Also there is no refreshment activities for employees. Even they don't know meaning for the word "Team meeting or discussion" in most of the teams. They expect everyone to work more than working hours (8hrs). When you try to leave the organisation, they won't leave you easily. If you oppose any senior persons you will be cornerd and they won't give you work . They ordered us to came for comp off compulsory. There is no proper dress code. Most of the managers and leads mingle personal and official relationship, which leads to large problem.
