Even they don't know meaning for the word "Team meeting or discussion" in most of the teams.
They expect everyone to work more than working hours (8hrs).
When you try to leave the organisation, they won't leave you easily.
If you oppose any senior persons you will be cornerd and they won't give you work .
They ordered us to came for comp off compulsory.
There is no proper dress code.
Most of the managers and leads mingle personal and official relationship, which leads to large problem.
