I have absolutely no cons.

4 day work week. Good owner. Good coworkers

Terrible management team. Supervisors are absolutely terrible. They don't do their jobs and severely lack leadership skills (especially Jason at plant 1). If they spent as much time ordering materials as they did trying to catch people smoking they would be alright. Advancement based solely on who you know in management, never performance.
