Some really great folks work at Hero Digital. Used to be that everyone worked towards the same shared goal and it was remarkable. That has drastically changed with the new CEO, Jay Dettling.

New CEO, Jay Dettling, is in way over his head. He has no idea on what the strategy should be, so he changes it after every call with the Board. He has completely ruined the culture and has created an extremely toxic environment whereby it has become cut throat with hidden agendas and back stabbing. If you aren’t a middle aged white man from Chicago, you will never get ahead or have a voice. Diversity and inclusion initiatives are just lip device at this point.
