Vantaggi

Svantaggi
-This company only cares about one thing, sales. The term "management trainee" is quite deceptive, it should be called "sales trainee." You learn some management skills, but this is a sales job first and foremost. You are under serious pressure to sell their damage waivers, fuel options and car upgrades. You can actually be fired if you can't reach sales goals three months in a row as an MT within one year. You can have excellent management and customer service skills, but if aren't a good seller, you will not advance. You pretty much have to be a slick, manipulative talker with no shame to succeed with this company. Your goal literally is to extract as much money anyway you legally can from everyone that walks into your branch. This job is seriously only a couple steps above a sleazy car salesman. -The pay absolutely sucks. There are fast food workers that make more and don't have the added pressures this position entails. -Constantly short on vehicles to rent out. -55 hours a week minimum. -Dealing with angry customers. -Have to wear a dress shirt/suit and tie. -You're basically an overworked counter salesman + a car washer + a chauffeur + an outside salesman + a car delivery person. If you have a college degree, aren't completely into sales, have any ounce of shame and want to look at yourself in the mirror every morning without disgust, run away and don't look back. Trust me.
