They have a good vacation/holiday/sick policy. On site fitness center and a decent cafeteria. That's about it.

Management is incompetent and a lot of supervisors are the same. Pay raises are nearly an insult and won't be higher than 3% a year...depending on your review. No advancement opportunity and the opportunities that arise have excessive requirements which DOES NOT include experience within the company. Very low morale for a company this size. Outsourcing to save money yet paying 100's of thousands to Directors and Managers who are incompetent to begin with. Way to go Hertz!!!!
