Thank you for your feedback; it greatly assists us in improving our company. Currently, all Hexa employees receive a bonus after six months of employment, in addition to Paid Time Off bonuses and floating holidays. Regarding salary, when we offer a fully remote with flexible hours working mode, we have extensively compared our offerings with market standards and believe that the compensation we provide is competitive.
