Good culture. Ambiviliant gossips. Very illiterate managers. But definitely great friends and great employees.

Bad management who do not trust there employees. They removed me from organization deceit fully to gain monetary values of threshold from various government agencies in Telangana. The Indian manager of mine never understood efforts and contribution I am bringing. He even after sending detailed personal email about my contributions. He cannot understand my value. Simply he informed the clients I am relieved from the job because of personal emergency but the truth is there hr personnel and manager got pretended short text from ministry of Telangana to remove me from the job. And they got a secret messages that if they remove me they will be given substantial private money into there bank account. They simply followed the instructions and removed me. Even higher management within there organization structure does not know this.

Systemic issues repeat without meaningful correction, and workarounds often become the long‑term solution. Expertise doesn’t always translate into organizational change, which leads to a cycle of recurring problems and unnecessary rework. Administrative and process inconsistencies add friction that the technical teams end up absorbing.
