- Worst CEO ever. Loves to talk operational things, no idea about strategy. - Acquired by Hexagon, loosing the little control we had over our destiny. - Future looks dark. I'm actively looking for a job, afraid I'm not the only one. - Sorry for our customers, who believed we knew what we were doing (that's not true) - Hexagon first weeks showed that management will be "American Style". Ruthless and short term view. This is a 180 turn from company culture, and will create lots of dissatisfaction.

As we go through the transition of an acquisition and COVID-19 and the resulting impact on the economy, it is really disappointing for all of us at Romax that we have had to re-structure the business resulting regrettably in some roles being made redundant (including managerial roles) . However, we are now ready to look forward to the future as our Company continues to show positive signs of recovery. Hexagon (a Swedish company) will provide opportunities for everyone over time; we hope you stay with us long enough to realise that the future does have promise even though your current sentiment is very different from that. We look forward to return to out HQ and providing free fruit once again!

The teamwork, the shared experience, and the professionalism of the technical staff are what keep the wheels turning. Those relationships are the real value.

Systemic issues repeat without meaningful correction, and workarounds often become the long‑term solution. Expertise doesn’t always translate into organizational change, which leads to a cycle of recurring problems and unnecessary rework. Administrative and process inconsistencies add friction that the technical teams end up absorbing.
