      The company appears to be actively shifting many roles to India, creating long-term job insecurity for existing employees. Raises consistently fall below inflation, resulting in declining real compensation over time. Little flexibility during medical emergencies or personal hardships. Employees may be denied PTO for routine doctor visits and instead told to take FMLA. Management practices can be unpredictable. Employees may be reassigned to a new team or project and then terminated shortly afterward, which creates an unstable work environment.

We are proud of the warm, collegial culture you described and love hearing that our momentum and client relationships are being felt across the organization. On career mobility—while we are a lean team, we’ve built a formal career lattice that managers review with employees at least annually. Every role has mapped vertical growth, and we’ve outlined horizontal moves too. This year alone, we’ve promoted or moved over 40 employees globally. One benefit of being lean is that we are not bound by rigid hierarchies. We have the flexibility to be creative and support individual interests.       Flexible PTO, flexible schedules, USED to be remote.

      Workloads are overwhelming, executive leadership is so far removed from the actual work going on day to day. Very little room to advance or grow. Poor decisions by management and leadership. Company was recently acquired, and now all employees not near an office are required to report to a (limited) location option within 24 months. Very much uncertainty within the company and many experienced workers are looking to leave due to the lack of transparency about the new “hybrid” model for those nowhere near an office location.
