He is smart, cunning, and shrewd, but would be best suited to have started a business centered around himself, not others. During meetings and webinars, the focus seems to start out as valuable customer-centric information, yet undeniably turns into "the Nathan Latka show." The hubris is blatant, but often interpreted as charisma. This self-centric approach has ultimately lead the company to operate in the red for nearly every year they've been in business.
