Employees frequently express concerns about understaffing, yet management consistently dismisses these claims as unfounded while asserting that maintaining a low headcount is a deliberate strategy to put more money in the CEO's pockets. Another significant source of stress arises from the on-call duty requirement, which necessitates constant availability. Employees are expected to be reachable at all times 24-7, as issues can emerge unexpectedly, requiring immediate attention and potential escalation. Prompt responses to calls and text messages are essential; any delays may result in further complications. Moreover, management's communication is notably inadequate. There is a persistent lack of clarity regarding expectations and ongoing developments, accompanied by an inability to provide constructive feedback. The employee handbook contains ambiguous policies, and management frequently seeks to circumvent regulations that do not align with their interests. They also micromanage all staff.
