Pay was below-market at the time, but I heard they've improved in recent years.

This was my first role out of college and to this day it’s still one of the best experiences I’ve had in the industry. Everyone who works there is friendly, charismatic, and prioritizes the well-being of first responders and their coworkers. Management is also fantastic across the whole chain (rare!). If you’re considering working here as an embedded eng and Whitaker is still leading the team, don’t even hesitate — apply ASAP and pray for an offer.
