Five-day teaching schedule leaves little time for planning

Nice campus, good food, and fine dining twice a year. Majority of the students are sweet.

Underpaid, bad benefits, weird/culty culture, terrible management who are under prepared for the job and at times abusive, students at times can down right insult you or the city of high point. The all staff meetings are HORRIBLE. It's nido insulting schools across the nation, bragging about being on pain meds while at work and not taking time off when he's injured, and just saying things that aren't true. I can guarantee you Stanford and Harvard do not call him asking for help with how to manage their institutions.
