This company is innovative and growing. The coworkers are great and everyone seems invested in moving the company forward. The CEO is personable and available. The company offers great perks like a reimbursement account on Health and Wellness, employee expense accounts, team building activities, manager trainings, and many opportunities for community outreach. The benefits are great and mostly company paid. The buildings are state-of-the-art and very well maintained. Employees are given a lot of freedom to do the job in a way that makes sense to them. It's an immediate feeling of being included and trusted but, most of all, valued. The company values and invests in their employees.

I have not found a single negative to working here. From the outside it may look rough, but they've hired over 100 people in 2 years and seem to be handling it with ease. With everyone being so new, it can be chaotic. If anyone ever feels overwhelmed or lost, they offer trainings and guidance. This company employs an amazing Learning & Development person and he's a wonderful resource.

I cannot think of any pros at this time after working there as long as I did. Most things were bearable, but nothing that woukd warrant a positive.

Systems and changes are not well implemented. Management generated a toxic work environment that caused several people to leave. Hard to succeed for long here, as there is always more put on you without any promotion or advancement (this was common to several coworkers). Quality Management would often overstep boundaries without much knowledge on the parts they were making edicts on without taking the time to understand the process. Quality Manager would make bad judgement calls on things happen and cause a lot of issues (this was pretty consistent and it happened across several departments). Too much gossip, which managers would buy into and act upon. Flagrantly bad employees are kept and complained about, good employees are just given more work and told they are under performing.
