-if you go to McDonalds you can earn more money (I'm not joking my starting salary was lower) -we feel we are just easily replaceable droids -no carrier path -no work from home -no trust/no respect -most of the projects are bad -computer equipment is bad. For bigger programs we need bigger computer power but they will do nothing and you CAN'T WORK! -office is bad (if you go to the WC all of the office members will hear the sounds/in the summer it is very hot) -salary grow is bad. It will not follow even the inflation. After 5 years, you will don't get much pay as in another company in a junior role. I switched to another company and my salary raised exactly 2x and I'm just a junior support engineer so... -they will not ask you if they want to sent you to another country or not -manager is HORRIBLE. He is living in a cave and has nearly 30 years of technological backwardness. Awful personality/he think other people are stupid -if you search in LinkedIn you can see that lots of people leaving the company so fluctuation is very high
