- Hire & Fire policy - No Job Security - 2 Weeks' Notice Period for Termination, 8 Weeks for Resignation, as stated in the Offer Letter - even if you resign, somehow, they will convert it into 2 weeks of Notice period unethically - Numerous False Promises - Numerous rules of taking leaves, like, you can't take leave adjacent to any weekend or holiday, and if you take such leave, it would be Loss of Pay even if you have a balance of casual leaves - You can't take more then 3 leaves in a month - if they say, they have multiple projects and will switch you to another project if the current project gets completed, just disconnect the call, because they do NOT mean it - lots and lots of false promises, they will talk so nicely, so just do not fall prey here - join on your own risk, any day could be your last working day, no job STABILITY - this is not a real TECH company, they just hire people for another company on their own payroll, so if the project is over, so does your working days here - goes with the name of IBROW in India So, please avoid this company as it will give you more headaches than real work.

- Get belittled by the company's full-time staff - Company pays on a monthly period - Company expects you to simply know their guidelines and preferences and does not train you - Company salaried staff will insult you across the group through Discord which they use for daily communications when you express confusion about something, or if go about your work in a way they dislike without having previously given you guidance around it - Company includes clauses in their contracts that are likely illegal, one example being that they consider aiding or abetting a strike to be misconduct which is a protected activity within the USA. - They refuse to give clear instructions around important guidelines and topics like how to send in timesheets among other related items. - Other problems, it's a laundry list, they're likely headed for legal trouble with the work they have us doing. Avoid this place unless you really need the income!
