To address your con - I'm not sure what region your community is in, but I encourage you to speak with your Regional Manager or Regional Training and Marketing Director to learn about upcoming opportunities. Each region is different and although the opportunities vary, we take pride in elevating our associates and promoting from within - we have a great track record of doing so!
