      I have a great office and maintenance team

      The corporate culture is bad. Communication is poor, there is no work life balance. I have loved being in property management for over seven years under different management companies and owners. Highmark has by far been my worst experience to date.

      Sometimes it can seem difficult navigating resident issues but truthfully the support we get from management makes this so much easier.

      Great people, strong support from leadership, and opportunities for growth. I have been with Highmark for 22 years and have had the opportunity to advance from Maintenance Supervisor to Project Manager. The company values teamwork and promotes from within whenever possible.
