      Is everyone at this company nice? I enjoy waking up and going to work as this company does NOT make me feel like I am not appreciated. They really take care of you!! I just left a negative review of my former company but cannot leave anything negative here. Excellent benefits and they always do things to let us know our work is appreciated. I cannot be happier!!! I will be utterly PISSED if they sell us (Brandemere in Winston Salem) to another management company as I will transfer. 48 hours sick time. 80 hours vacation time. 2 PTO days. Who does that? If you do your job then they leave you alone and you are not micromanaged. They make you want to bust your hump and do well as you are rewarded.

      I fear they will sell us to another management company. I promise you that if they sell to someone else that I will follow Highmark wherever they go! You cannot beat this place!!! I have never been happier!
