Very bad culture and management, employees are forced to work additional hours to meet deadlines the manager promise the client with, and work for multiple projects at the same time, otherwise, you won't get the bonus and salary raise ... The hr administration is another story, they are not humans, no matter whats happening to you, you should provide proof and if you got sick friday, you will be considered as no working for saturday too as bonus 😅 The product itself is a mess and needs a lot of enhancements in the core functionalities, and you'll deal with product team issues more than the actual project. 8h30 daily work, with badge access. The career evolution ir not clear process, it's random, you'll find people with more than 15 years experience whithin hps as project manager. But a junior infra engineer could turn to a director in 4 years ( which is the case in shore 14 )
