Good management, the work is challenging, has a good work process, and uses new technologies. Free pizza's once in a while. As you are expected to work on a lot of parts, you will learn a lot in programming.

Stressful as you are expected to do a lot even if it's not your position, poor internal communication, salary, and benefits.
