Great tool products. Really good company engagement with employees.

The role I had was poorly defined, Hilti did not seem sure as to what the role should be. Although they are great at listening to employees, they do not seem to act on what they hear. Oddly, once you leave Hilti their HR policy is to not let you return.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. At Hilti, we take the views of our employees very seriously and seek annual feedback through our Global Employee Opinion Survey (GEOS). We are proud that our current engagement score is 76% which is 6% above the UK average, but we appreciate there is always room for improvement. Once GEOS is complete, we work with our employees to generate an improvement action plan and we monitor this, at regular check points throughout the year.
