Thank you for your review - as a business that is always looking to become better and create a great place to work, we very much value constructive feedback. We’re saddened to hear that your experience at Hilti ended poorly for you. As you will know from your time with us, we are very proud of the culture and values and it’s something we are known for in the business - we know it’s the biggest reason why many colleagues join us and stay with us. We are continuing to introduce initiatives that celebrate the culture and successes our colleagues have helped create and we’re also taking a number of steps to better recognize and reward colleagues, support and inspire our management community, and retain the talented people we have in place. However, on the odd occasion where this does not match a colleague’s experience, it is disappointing and we always look to listen and learn, and act where we can.
