Stressful sales role as it is not easy to hit the sales target due to market condition and weak strategy from management yet they will come after you with micromanage and PIP with the bad perception on sales team for being incompetent. Feedback given to management but taken lightly and failed to come up with constructive feedback and laughed over. HRBP asked for opinion and feedback but never wanted to understand our need instead sabotage our feedback to management with names.
