Poor Management team only care about themselves - Recensione dipendente - Food and Beverage presso Hilton Garden Inn

Management show a clear lack of care about their employees needs. The Job is very boring when quiet, and despite being a food and beverage assistant you are expected to do deep cleaning nearly everyday. I applied for a Bar job not to be a cleaner. Management expect you to work overtime despite only providing you with minimum wage. There is very poor communication from management. Some of the senior staff there show no respect towards staff underneath them in the hierarchy but still expect respect to be shown back to them.
