Terrible management. No accountability - Recensione dipendente - Front Desk Associate presso Hilton Garden Inn

Dreadful experience at working at this hotel. Was forced at the door by management and HR for speaking my mind and telling them that they did not hold other employees accountable for treating other employees like garbage. Was told I was a hothead and couldn't keep my cool, but there are numerous other people who worked at the hotel who would lose their cool all the time (including the maintenance manger). I guess full-time employees get a pass to make mistakes vs part-time employees
