Hr in terms of recruitment process are not the best. I have experience second hand where they let the applicant wait in the lobby for more than an hour, only to realize that they forgot to dismiss him/her. I also do not feel any urgency when it comes to hiring new people. Turnover rate here is so fast, that people don't even last 6 months, shortest one I've encountered is 1 day. So when people leave, they leave a lot of the work to the people who don't resign. I care about my team so much, that I go beyond my scope to look for potential applicants as well, doing favors for the HR. I would post job postings, reply to them on e-mail, then when I follow up Hr, they tend to forget to reply to the applicants. Besides the recruitment process, compensation is not that great either. I won't go much into specifics, but a designer should be compensated more than the standard rate. They conceptualize and execute social media assets, videos, gifs, ig stories, website design, event set up. And besides that, they're in charge of coordinating with the director on event day.
