Gained a lot of product knowledge during the first few months. More confidence handling client meetings after gaining experience. Better understanding of the dental industry over time. Managers trust employees to manage responsibilities independently. I also like how management communicate their expectations and how our pay reflects the hard work we put in.

Paycheck on time. I don't really know any thing else to say.

I'd give a 0-star if there is. Micromanaging was out of control. Upper management has no ethics. Lots of talking down from senior managers. No one is set up for success. Say goodbye to your nights and weekends too. Almost everyone working there is looking to get out. My advice: If you are looking for a job, go somewhere else and don't risk your mental health dealing with this horrible company.
