Disgusting - Recensione dipendente - Growth Manager presso Hirect

Terrible Chinese leadership, have no idea what's going on the ground level. Extremely disgusting work pressure, no fixed timings, I was working from 5PM to 7 AM. Leadership has no brains just expect acquisition and offer incentives for it. Their only goal is user acquisition and fool people interviewing for them as growth roles even though the role is just cold calling Americans and sending emails ilegally sourced Americans as cold emails. Worst employer I've ever had, please don't join this disgustingly deceptive company.
