My role as a Scrum Master - Senior Business System Analyst at UPS, facilitated by Hired by Matrix, has been a transformative experience in my career. Daily stand-up meetings and retrospective reviews have been instrumental in our Agile journey, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Through daily stand-up meetings, I ensured that the team stayed aligned and addressed impediments promptly, leading to smoother project execution. Retrospective reviews allowed us to reflect on our processes, celebrate successes, and refine our approach continually. Resistance to change - like team is proposed with different solutions and finally J have to conclude with the majority concern and mitigating this resisted changes proposed during retrospective.
