Structurally, they are equally flawed. There is a “product side” and a “field management side.” The concept that a company with less than 1Bn in USA GWP needs that structure is unreasonable. No one has their eye on the right ball, product people watch bottom line and top people want revenue but they have no product knowledge. Nobody is on the same page, making this company a layup acquisition target. Failure to promote internally leads to their turnover problems.
