Digital Designer UX - Recensione dipendente - Digital Web Designer presso Historic England

Really poor management, an excruciating time as a new employee, was told by my manager that he thought "I would bring the other 2 designers together" - I don't know how that could be seen as part of my job role (1 of the 2 other designers had complained about the other designers work - not a nice designers/digital environment. A very stodgy approach/attitude and way of working. There's more but I'm trying to forget it frankly...
