It was nice to be able to work on my own time and at my own pace. I could work my own hours any day. I still tried to work 7 days a week though.

Sometimes if you had an issue, it would take them a few days to email you back. Their was a chat you could pull up on your screen for questions or to talk to your supervisor but no one answered and when they did, it was hours later.

They have very flexible work hours, the work is very interesting especially if you like history.

Management style has become erratic, not much room for growth, no benefits package.
